Broughton has achieved the Bronze EcoSchool Award.  We have achieved for creating an Eco-Committee and establishing and Eco-Code for the school.  We set up paper, mobile, battery and printer cartridge recycling.  We carried out a pupil qustionnaire asking pupils their opinion of the state of our environment.  We have begun a litter campaign and have carried out a waste audit.  We are currently petitioning Edinburgh City Council to provide plastic and cardboard recycling facilities in schools.  New pupils and parent members of our Eco-Committee are always welcome.
